- Circa $80 pa consolidated remuneration
- 6 month contract; MORNINGTON PENINSULA
Reporting primarily to the Engineering Manager and based in our office at Stony Point, the role demands an individual who will hit the ground running & who can deal with a diversity of tasks without ongoing day-to-day guidance. This role will be focussed primarily on providing support for a major project that is currently being undertaken by the Port.
The successful candidates must have a background that demonstrates strong, practical experience. The role will be varied but encompass:
Reporting assistance with preparation of Management Committee reports & Board Papers
Minute Taking for a variety of Committee meetings
Register Maintenance for incoming and outgoing documents, approvals and compliance obligations.
Document Control and monitoring when actions are required by. This will be assisted to a large degree using an Aconex system that has been adopted by the Port.
Procurement assistance including arranging Purchase Orders and monitoring payment.
Compliance Monitoring including following up on status of required actions.
Scheduling and Organising Meetings as required.
