The role will includes supporting our Finance Manager, Support Team leader and Mobile Travel Members with data entry support.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Receipting Client payments
  • Processing Supplier payments
  • Reconciling weekly supplier accounts
  • Allocating hotel/supplier commission
  • Liaising with our Mobile Travel Members on a daily basis, both written and verbally
  • Ensuring high customer service standards

Applicants must have:

  • Administration experience (within the Travel Industry an advantage but not essential)
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and an excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
