As part of our continued growth and focus on delivering quality service to our clients, we are looking for an Permanent part-time Scheduling Coordinator/Office manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of jobs and coordination of our maintenance division. Please do not apply if you have had no prior admin/reception experience.
The position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 8am-3pm
About the role
Working with John, the business owner, your role primarily involves scheduling and coordinating client service requests as well as some invoicing, reporting and compliance related tasks. As well as social media.
Skills, Key Duties & Responsibilities:
This role will suit someone with a background in an office environment who is comfortable working with structures and has the ability to multitask. Previous experience in the plumbing/construction admin would be excellent, but not necessary.
The successful candidate with need to be possess the following attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills with clear and confident telephone manner
- Strong computer literacy (experience with Xero and Maintenance Manager is preferred)
- Ability to easily build rapport and establish trust with clients
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise on-the-fly
- Be open, flexible and self-motivating

- Material stock monitoring
- Ensuring all customer enquiries (quotes, reports) and complaints are resolved
- Purchasing stock
- Organising machinery and equipment for plumbers
