Exciting opportunity to assist in running one of Melbourne's leading Serviced Apartment Business.
The successful candidate must be extremely organised, self driven to achieve, good people management skills, excellent time management and communication skills.
Key Position Responsibilities:
- liaise with all site managers on daily reporting requirements.
- ensure site managers objectives are met and adhered to daily / weekly / monthly.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards and turn making sure all staff follow
- Produce reporting on sales results, occupancy rates and other KPI's to the General Manager
- Maintain correct levels of inventory at all sites.
- Monitor accounts receivable and act on overdue collections.
- Assist in maintaining and updating training and procedures manuals.
- Manage social media and website updates.
- Manage site managers response rates on all correspondence and booking enquires.
- Collect and reconcile end of day transactions summaries.
- Some after hours support.
- Cover Guest services shifts on occasions.
