Five Star Seafoods (SA), a 100% Australian owned lobster export business is seeking to appoint an experienced Administration Officer/s in a newly created role/s.
The Administration Officer will work with the production and finance teams to provide a professional and prompt delivery of service to customers, suppliers and assist managers with administration and finance duties. The role has flexible hours of approximately 30 hours per week or can be job shared.
This position will report to the Factory Manager and Group Chief Financial Officer
Your skills and experience include, but are not limited to:-
- Proven experience in inventory and stock management
- Accurate data input
- Maintain accurate data records (creating and maintaining procedures and templates)
- Ensure all company procedures, administration and finance business rules are followed
- Ability to engage across multiple business areas including operations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet their needs
- Some PA support to the Factory Manager together with general office duties
- Experience in the food industry viewed favourably
- Demonstrated high proficiency in accounting software
- Advanced MS Office skills in particular in Excel and high level of computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised, self-motivated and must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Provide customer service in retail shop / factory outlet
