About us:
Gym 115 is a new offering in the fitness space, owned and run by some of the industry?s most experienced and respected leaders. We have created a motivational work out space in Randwick that offers a massive range of options for our members.
About the role:
We are looking for a high energy, passionate, motivated individual to join our Member Services team.
This is a customer service role that is heavily focused on building connections, solving problems and making every member feel like they are special. You will be our jack of all trades, most notably answering phone and face to face member enquiries, taking club tours where you are required to gain an understanding of prospective members' fitness goals and then recommend membership plans and products that suit their needs, plus a lot of extras in between.
If you wish (and are qualified), this casual role can be a combination of Front Desk Services and small group training instruction.

We are looking for someone with the confidence to:
- Develop relationships with new and existing members
- Create a wonderful member experience
- Problem solve and multi-task
- Communicate clearly and effectively (face-to-face and over the phone)
- Maximise new member sales
- Implement the Gym 115 'Sales process' to generate sales & referrals
Requirements:
- Available to work early mornings, late evenings (inc. weekends)

- Track record of achieving targets
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- A team player that loves creating and celebrating success
