An exciting opportunity exists for a Full Time Health and Lifestyle Coach to join our dynamic supporting our professional Resources Operations Team.

Reporting to the Site Manager on our locations the primary objective of this role is to successfully deliver the Health and Lifestyle Program in line with contract scope requirements and in line with the ISS program deliverables.

Your key duties will be:

• Assist in the delivery of the Health & Lifestyle Program within your designated site for success, improvement, productivity and profitability
• Maintain focus on ‘the Customer’s need’, individualising and personalising the HLC service where possible in the Gym and other HLC areas including Pool and Sports Courts
• Maintain current with knowledge and industry trends
• Deliver a variety of Group Fitness Classes and control the group fitness classes for safety of participants
• Implement, market and deliver event management in the village with a variety of lifestyle options for the diverse village residents
• Work a variety of shifts, working with a fellow team of dedicated Health and Lifestyle coaches, and will also be required to work autonomously when required to the high quality standards expected of our clients
• Attend to major operational problems and needs promptly including customer complaints, enquiries and requests 
• Ensure the equipment your responsible for is well maintained and problem solve any equipment issues in a timely manner
• Assist in the reporting performance Monthly, Quarterly and Annually
• Drive and monitor a culture of Health & Safety in the workplace
• Embrace company philosophy and support all policies and procedures and represent in the business presenting in a professional and respectful manner at all times
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients and ISS site management with absolute professionalism
• Other tasks, projects and responsibilities as directed by Management.

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum Diploma in Health/Fitness – highly desirable is completed/near-completion tertiary qualification in Human Movement, Health Science, Exercise Science or similar
• Current accreditation with Fitness Australia or ESSA
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience managing projects in the health and recreation industry
• Manual QLD Drivers Licence
