The Role
Genesis Fitness is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Club General Manager to lead our team. Our club has recently undergone major renovations including the introduction of our Group Personal Training program - Coaching Zone. Whilst reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate a sales team
- Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
- Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
- Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
- Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members
You must:
- Have club management experience
- Be results driven
- Have experience managing staff and budgets
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- Have a desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club
- Sales Management experience
