This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership position within a group of F45 Studios.
We are looking for an experienced Fitness Industry Manager who is sales driven to help manage our studios.
If you haven't heard of F45 Training yet then this is not the right job for you! We want people who are passionate about fitness and who have a proven track record in managing a studio or business.
You will be responsible for the Sales and Operations of 3 F45 Studios in Sydney, the Head Trainers will report directly to you so you will need to be experienced in managing people, have excellent communications skills and be knowledgeable about the fitness industry.
Head office is in Concord and some travel will be required to visit the other studios in Sydney. You will be required to work some weekends and be flexible with your working hours.
Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Implementing Sales Strategy
- Sales - Making Calls, Customer Appointments, etc
- Membership Management
- Ownership of Social Media
- Community Engagement
- Compliance
- HR
- Reconciliation
- Studio Performance Management
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years directly managing a team of 5 or more
- 3+ years in sales
- Cert 4 in Fitness
Key Skills and Experience:
- Self motivated
- Sales driven - Must be able to sell!
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of F45
- Mindbody (not essential)
- Ability to create and implement processes
- Enthusiastic, vibrant and a passionate personality
- Well organised and able to work towards tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Experience in setting goals and KPI's
- Fitness Industry Savvy
This is a serious leadership role within the F45 Franchisee network suited to applicants who are ready and willing to take their management career in fitness and health to the next level. You may currently be running your own small business or managing a studio or club and wanting to take on a bigger challenge of multi site management.
