Aquarium Maintenance - Full Time - Sydney
Art of Aquaria provide a range of stunning rental aquariums and a full maintenance service to our clients.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service to our mainly professional (business) client base and have been operating for over 12 years.
Daily duties will include:
Loading and driving company van to client sites
Servicing client aquariums on a fixed service schedule
Aquarium water changes, normally a 20% to 30%
All aspects of aquarium maintenance and fish keeping
Replanting and restocking aquariums
Installing and removing aquariums
Maintaining customer satisfaction and company standards
You will also have the following attributes -
Be Fit and Healthy
Good verbal communicator, must be able to create and maintain long lasting customer relationships.
Have good paperwork skills, be reliable, punctual and organised.
Great personal presentation, a high degree of professionalism and a great work ethic.
Basic computer literacy, and a home computer and mobile is required.
An ability to work on call, as a weekend roster is sometimes required.
A good eye for detail
Ideally you will have an understanding of the Nitrogen cycle, or a history of animal husbandry (or be an aquarium hobbyist).
You must have a good RTA driving history (no DUI's, excess speeding, disqualified or dangerous offences) and a clean Police criminal record, as
RTA and Police reports are required as a condition of employment.
