Due to an internal promotion, there is now an opportunity for a new leader to join the business as Regional Manager - Northern. The team is well established and they consistently maintain valued, long term partnerships at both on farm level and with resellers. The Regional Sales Manager will manage the established team and guide them in maximising sales and profitability with customers. A focus on relationship management and strong technical support with distributors, existing and potential customers across the region will be key management themes.

Ideally, you will have an agribusiness management background (ideally retail distribution, fertiliser, ag chem or seed), good commercial and negotiating skills, and will have experience managing teams. You will also have a total commitment to the customer service and innovation, approaching your work with passion and integrity and most importantly, be able to pass on your knowledge and strategic insight to your team.

To be successful in this role, experience in livestock production and previous sales management experience could be critical to your success. You will have strong communication and time management skills, be comfortable with technology and have a drive to succeed. The successful candidate will have a willingness and need to travel on a regular basis.
