General farm hand
Full time general farm hand OR senior farm hand required on a 10,000 acre property located 50km north of Warren in the central west region. Would suit a local person OR some happy to rent OR a family.
The property runs all case equipment and a freight liner truck
This role will include machinery operating for cropping, spraying and harvest. General farm duties such as some fencing, minor maintenance work, assisting with grain storage movements. There may be a small amount of seasonal sheep and cattle work.
Experience in the following is not essential, how ever favourable :
• Proven ability to operate modern broad acre machinery including headers, sprayers and seeders;
• Truck driving;
• Mechanical aptitude; welding
• Able to work unsupervised when required;
• Common sense.
High potential of some accommodation being available on farm.
