Working to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as key industry figures, you’ll be well-position to educate on the benefits of our suite of products. Using your technical knowledge and experience to support the sales and marketing strategy you’ll ensure our brand is at the forefront of the market.
  
Your responsibilities include:

• Responding to all interactions with exceptional customer service and veterinary expertise
• Confidently communicating with internal and external stakeholders and adapting your technical knowledge to a diverse audience
• Effectively managing your time to ensure an excellent level of client contact and satisfaction
• Developing and delivering engaging presentations with the aim of educating and articulately communicating even the most technical information
• Provide technical support within the business, and to external clients through sound industry and product knowledge
• Ensuring industry updates and changes are swiftly communicated through the business
• Respond to nutritional enquiries from both internal and external clients that require an in-depth, technical understanding.
• Ensuring all interactions are well-documented and efficiently resolved
• Proactively using your knowledge of the business and industry to review and update policies and procedures as necessary

You will have:

• Veterinarian qualification and registration
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar function
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level technical acuity
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously

You will get:

• Approx. $110k salary - negotiable
• Superannuation
• Bonus
