Warrnambool Veterinary, part of Australia’s largest network of production animal and mixed practice veterinary clinics, Apiam Animal Health, is seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to join our team.
The successful applicant will have previous experience working in a busy veterinary hospital. Certificate 4 qualification is an advantage, but not essential. We have an extensive range of services and equipment, including orthopaedics, state of the art digital imaging and in-house pathology. Our nursing team are actively involved in caring for hospital patients, assisting in consults and surgery, and offer services including puppy classes, dental checks, grooming and weight loss programs. There is ongoing, structured training in place for both technical and soft skills including leadership, emotional intelligence and customer service.
Remuneration is in line with award and dependent on experience.
