To date, Lawson is operating ten property aggregations totalling over 90,000 arable hectares.
The following position is currently available;
ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER
A permanent position is available at our aggregation located 2 hours north of Perth for a committed person who possesses a passion for the agricultural industry. Reporting to the Farm Manager this position requires the successful applicant to possess the following skillset or experience;
•Minimum 2 years of experience in performing and overseeing all aspects of broad acre cropping farms including crop production, grain handling and the operation and maintenance of all associated plant & machinery
•Proven ability to execute cropping plans to a high standard
•Attention to detail in all aspects of farming operations
•Minimum 2 years experience to to lead a small team of casuals during peak seasons
•Accurate record keeping
•Drivers & HR licence (desirable)
We are looking for someone who is responsible, energetic and able to go the extra mile as well as learn and develop new skills. An attractive remuneration package including housing, utilities & work vehicle will be will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
