We are seeking a Vineyard Supervisor to join our team in the Riverland, based at Pyap, SA. This full-time position reports to the Regional Vineyard Manager and is responsible for providing operational support, planning and implementation of work programs, supervision of vineyard teams, ensuring operations are completed safely and within budget and performing vineyard operations as required to a high standard.
This position will suit someone who enjoys being a critical part of a dynamic team, finds satisfaction in being accountable for their work, works to a high standard and has the ability to work a variety of shifts and overtime as required. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people skills, solid numeracy, literacy, communication and record keeping skills along with demonstrating excellent time management and self-motivation. The ability to abide by, and contribute to safe work procedures is essential. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
