Quality Innovation Performance Certifications Pty Ltd (QIP Certifications) was formed to cater to the needs of Third-Party Clients seeking certifications services. QIP Certifications forms part of the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited Group of Companies (AGPAL Group of Companies).

QIP Certifications are currently seeking expressions of interest from professionals within the disability and health sectors to audit against the National Disability Advocacy Program (NDAP) and Disability Employment and Enterprise Services (DEES).

Persons with disability are strongly recommended to apply.

To be considered for these roles you will have:

  • Minimum four years’ of professional experience in a relevant sector (Disability Employment; Human Services);
  • Previous experience (at least 4 audits) in an auditor/lead auditor role.
  • For Auditors – completed an auditing course;
  • For Lead Auditors - completed Lead Auditor Course;
  • Minimum of a Diploma within a health related course (Human Services / Community Services etc.);
  • Ideally a Bachelor Degree in Human Services or other academic degree / achievement in a relevant sector;
  • Completed HSQF Auditor Awareness Training;
  • Police check within two years;
  • Working with children check (Blue Card) within three years;
  • An understanding of relevant schemes and legislative requirements relating to the provision of services in the state / territory where the client is located;

To be successful in these roles you will have:

  • Expertise in Human Services Quality Framework
  • Knowledge and understanding of persons with disabilities and / or relevant work experience;
  • Proven history of auditing against Human Services schemes or programs;
  • CALD, LGBTIQ and Indigenous awareness and / or training qualifications.
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills, including listening and communicating appropriately with others to address conflict;
  • Knowledge of the principles of change and change management.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying gaps in service standards and opportunities for improvement;
  • Identifying how practices and businesses can turn opportunities into outcomes.

And be:

  • Acknowledged by your peers as an expert in developing quality assurance;
  • A key ambassador for the integrity and reputation of NDAP, DEES services and QIP Certifications.
