What we are looking for?
ACARES is looking for passionate and committed Personal Care Attendants to join our organisation. We are keen to speak to people that are interested in establishing a career within the aged care sector.
We have a great opportunity to take on regular, ongoing shifts throughout the week. The shifts will be to support our clients within their own home.
Responsibilities include support with personal care, meal preparation, respite and community access.
Mandatory requirements:
- National police check
- Employee working with children check
- Current first aid and CPR certificates
Highly desirable:
- Certificate III aged care or equivalent
- Previous experience supporting clients in a home and community care setting
