Who are we?
We are a fun and driven team supporting Local SME at Northern/ Western Victoria.
We are looking for a passionate business development person to bring their wealth of experience in identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients, whilst gaining valuable recruitment experience to further your sales career.
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients (B2B), utilizing a combination of over the phone and face to face, we are helping job seekers to find a job to support their family. We are not only putting numbers on the spreadsheet, we are supporting our local community.
The key to your success will be your confident phone manner and proven track record in delivering sales results across major market segments.
Who are you?
- A minimum of 12 months Business development/ outbound telesales /sales in which you have had to make outbound cold calls to new clients
- Be Self Motivated, driven and goal orientated
- Have no phobia in relation to picking up the telephone to make sales calls
- A proven sales track record in which you have achieved targets and KPI"s
- Thoroughly enjoy being part of a team
- Superior work ethic
The Role
Based in Broadmeadows and Werribee, must be able to travel between two offices. This role is base + Commission or higher commission if you are experienced and aim for more money
This is earning potential and all our staffs are getting 70K+ per year!
