Direct Fundraising Marketing Manager
 
I am recruiting for a full time permanent Direct Fundraising Marketing Manager to work for a NFP health care service based in Sydney CBD.
 
You will have the market awareness of how to successfully identify new opportunities for strategic growth, sustaining profitability through varying income streams. A strong focus on the fundraising aspects of marketing is needed using direct mail, digital, tele-fundraising and digital channels. I am seeking an engaging, creative personality to lead the services marketing strategies in a number of areas; including implementation or plans.

Working alongside the strategy to further develop new campaigns working in partnership with a team leaning on analysis of data base, effective data segmentation, communication and informed decision making, you will continuously seek to deliver high quality effective results to ensure the strategy is realised.
 
In order to be successful in this position you must have;
 

• Relevant tertiary qualifications e.g. business
• Proven people management, strategic planning, communication & stakeholder engagement skills
• Astute business acumen
• A commitment to delivering high quality results
• A high level of interpersonal and communications skills
