- Part Time Position – 29 hours per week

An exciting opportunity exists for a Care Co-ordinator to join the headspace Port Macquarie multidisciplinary team The work will require experience in the provision of mental health care, including the completion of mental health assessments, crisis intervention and short term treatments interventions to young people experiencing mental health difficulties and/or substance use problems. The position is ongoing subject to funding.
You are a dynamic, passionate and highly motivated individual with a relevant qualification who wants to make a difference. If you have experience in working with young people and families, schools and ATSI people and possess excellent interpersonal skills then we want to hear from you.
