AOD Case Manager

Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services.

Our client, are a well-known, none profit organisation and currently seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for an immediate start and be able to hit the ground running.

For the role you must possess:

·Previous Case Management
·Tertiary qualification in community services or health related field (a degree qualification is preferred).
·Relevant experience in a social service environment including AOD and/or Mental Health
·The ability to identify risk factors (to yourself and others around you)
·Excellent ability to build client relationships, motive and encourage others

Requirements of the role:

·A national police check
·Current valid working with children or equivalent
·A current NT Drivers licence.
·Ability to pass drug and alcohol screen



The role will be based in Darwin and will be an full time and ongoing role for the right person.
