About the positions

We’re seeking passionate and experienced Support Workers to join our highly reputable community services team provider. The Support Worker provides ongoing support, including personal care, to clients in a community residential setting and implement person centred plans developed with client involvement.

About you

We’re looking for passionate people who have a genuine interest and commitment to working with people with a disability. You possess a positive, patient, highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude along with a Certificate 4 in disability or equivalent, a current first aid level 2 (including CPR) certificate and previous experience working in the disability residential setting and working with clients with a disability. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities, sound communication skill and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are a must.
