Young Adults Program (YAP) – Part Time position
Case Worker
- Part-Time 0.6 (3 Days Per Week, days to be negotiated)
- SCHCADS Award, Social Stream Level 5 (Pay point determined on experience)

Wanted:
We seek an energetic professional with a passion for working with homeless adults, females, males and couples (18-35 years) who is committed to providing innovative, flexible and accountable service. New graduates welcome.
Main Duties:
- To offer appropriate support to a caseload of allocated clients within a Case Management framework, including referral and assessment, relationship building, establishment of community support and the development of Case Plans
- To provide “hands on” practical support to clients to enhance living skills, budgeting skills and household establishment/management
To ensure access for clients to relevant services and advocate as appropriate with housing, legal issues, income security, health issues, drug and alcohol problems, specialised counselling and psychiatric issues
