An opportunity exists to take on a significant role in Foodbank Northern Territory.
Foodbank in partnership with NT schools, has established a School Breakfast Program providing food for children who would otherwise come to school without a meal.
The School Breakfast Co-ordinator will manage and promote the Foodbank School Breakfast Program (SBP). This involves supporting registered schools to implement the SBP, ensuring an adequate supply of SBP food products, training and supporting volunteers to perform duties within the SBP, exploring funding options to ensure ongoing sustainability, reporting to funding bodies, maintaining the program budget, and assets.
A passion for the role, being comfortable with the Christian ethos of Baptist Care, and interested in developing the relationship between this service and schools, will be important.
The position is part time permanent ( 22.5 hours per week)
Salary Negotiable, hours flexible, benefits package available.
