The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced leader from the Employment Services sector who will continue to drive high performance across multiple sites in the Hills and Northern Beaches region of Sydney.
As the Regional Manager you will lead teams within the region to build our business and provide exceptional service to our customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining an exceptional customer experience
- Working with all team members to ensure our values are upheld at all times
- Promoting the effectiveness of of our service delivery modell across all sites
- Monitoring business/programs and refining strategies in response to external factors and progress
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop annual operating budget
- Providing exceptional leadership to operational teams to ensure agreed business outcomes are achieved
- Driving and modelling necessary change across all elements of operations
- Providing coaching and development to your teams to ensure continued success
- Maintaining effective communication with your teams to ensure they understand their contribution to our organisational success
- Monitoring participant plan achievement, service standards and employer/ participant satisfaction
- Ensuring site compliance with all quality, contractual and legislative obligations
- Ensuring achievement against budget/agreed financial objectives - revenue/growth/profitability
