The Department of Health and Human Services, North Division incorporates several of Melbourne Growth Corridors, comprising of 17 Local Government Areas with a population of 1.2 million.
The Child Protection Program operating within the North Division is an innovative initiative aimed at enhancing the lives of children at risk.
Outstanding opportunities currently exist for highly motivated individuals join the Preston based Contracted Case Management team in the capacity of Team Manager and Senior Practitioner – CPP5 Classification.
Working in this dynamic Program area you will work collaboratively both within the child protection program and child and family services sector, providing case management of child protection cases contracted to community service organizations.
Pivotal to your success in this challenging yet fulfilling role, ideal candidates will possess demonstrable skills in the following key areas;
- Superior practice and risk assessment capability
- Leadership acumen coupled with experience assuming a mentoring role.
- Superior Stakeholder Management experience.
