Are you seeking a new program area to further develop your skills and expertise?
We have several opportunities available working in Out of Home Care with one of our valued clients. Case Management roles have been developed due to new funding to the current team and are fixed term contracts until mid-2019 with the possibility for contract extension beyond this period.
The ideal candidates will present with a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Social Science or Psychology as well as prior experience supporting vulnerable young people and families in a Case Management capacity.
You will bring a sound understanding of the relevant legalisation in Child, Youth and Families services and demonstrate an understanding of relevant clinical frameworks such as trauma and attachment theory.
These roles will require outstanding time management skills and sound judgement. You will also demonstrate the ability to work well in a team as well as independently to meet the service KPI's and reporting requirements.
Experienced case managers or practitionars with practicable experience who can demonstrate they have provided complex clinical supervision of staff will be highly regarded.
