• Ability to work with budgets/financial management
• Experience managing programs/projects
• Outcomes focused

Desirable experience and attributes:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Counselling or similar
• Proven hands on experience in a senior leadership role preferably in a service-oriented industry with demonstrated results and achievements
• Experience in the gaming/harm-minimisation sector would be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer oriented, with budgeting, forecasting, commercial and operational experience
• Proactive, creative, entrepreneurial, confident communicator and influencer
