What’s the Job?

Reporting to the Team Leader, Business Consultant will play the crucial role in developing and sustaining relationships with prospective employers to market, encourage and promote our service of Disability Employment. The role will work closely with Employment consultants and other internal and external stakeholders as appropriate to meet the business objectives. 

What we need from you:

• Strong exposure to sales, marketing and business development; 
• Proven capacity to develop and maintain key relationships with employers/corporate bodies;
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Exposure to Government compliance requirements/standards and/or Privacy Principles;
• Demonstrated ability in approaching problems/barriers with creativity and integrity;
• Drive to achieve business targets.

What would be great to have?

• Previous  experience in recruitment consulting;
• Experience working in a similar capacity at a similar organisation.

This role will be provided with a company maintained vehicle. 

You must be eligible to work in Australia.
