About the opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Ability Linker to join our team in Southern NSW on a fixed term contract until end of financial year 2019.

Linkers will provide a locally based first point of contact designed to improve access and engagement in local community and mainstream services to facilitate social and economic inclusion of people with disability.  Linkers support people with disability aged 7 – 64 to find ways to be a part of their local community, set goals and plan for their future, build confidence to achieve their dreams and develop existing support networks and create new networks.

Applicants do not require experience working in disability services to be considered for this role, but having a lived experience of disability is desireable and people with a disability are encouraged to apply.
