Work for one of Australia’s leading charities. As a part of the fundraising team you will be working with many generous supporters and as part of a greater team to fund world-leading independent research.

Duties will include;

• Respond to supporter enquires and provide outstanding customer service
• General administrative duties
• High level of data entry
• Assist the fundraising team with overflow work
• Identify opportunities to enhance team performance and supporter services

My client is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual with a desire to learn and a passion for making a difference.

The requirements for this role include;

• Minimum of 1-year experience in customer/supporter services, ideally in a not-for-profit
• High proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management databases
• FIA Certificate in Fundraising is desirable but not essential
