About the Role
The Employment Consultant is a senior role part of a cohesive case management team located in Box Hill assessing and assisting job seekers search, source and maintain employment. Essential to this role is the ability to maintain a caseload, contractual administration, program and participant promotion, cold call employers, generate leads and support ongoing placement success.
About you
You will be responsible for the provision of high quality disability employment services. You will provide tailored individual support to a person(s) and advice to employers and a range of stakeholders. You have current Recruitment or Case Management experience and are successful and competent in your role. Professionally you have strong administrative and compliance capabilities and have a Tertiary Psychology qualification or other relevant discipline. You are able to manage competing priorities yet remain KPI and target focused. You bring confidence and success to a fast-paced environment.
