The Client
We are working with a client within the Federal Government who is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator (Mental Health Accredited Social Worker) who is able to optimise a consumer’s well being and participation in their community through community engagement, collaborative recovery work and complex case management. This position is based in South Queensland(Brisbane)

The Role
The position incorporates the development and maintenance of community partnerships and the provision of direct evidence-informed support to individuals and/or their families. 

To be successful, you must have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work and eligibility for Mental Health Accreditation and Full Membership with the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW)
• Eligibility and a willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check
• Current QLD Driver’s License
• Qualifications must be that of a psychologist or accredited mental health social worker.
• Mental health accredited social workers must be registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or the ability to work on obtaining such credentials.
• Must have the capacity to travel when required
