Introduction
This role will be based at our Sydney site. You will be responsible for providing workplace support to our customers with disability. You will also be working with employers finding flexible and innovative solutions while providing ongoing employment support.
To be successful in this role will require an understanding through either personal and / or professional experience supporting disability clients and a strong ability to support customers once they have secured employment.
The opportunity
- Provide outstanding employment and ongoing support for participants / employers based on individual needs to enhance long-term and sustainable employment
- Facilitate training and development opportunities with participants and employers
About you
- Organisational skills including the ability to problem solve and manage conflict resolution
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively to service caseload of post placement support / ongoing support participants
- Awareness of vulnerabilities to employment and the effects of unemployment providing solutions for participants and employers
- Ability to build trust and rapport with employers and other key stakeholders to effectively maintain ongoing professional relationships
