What’s the job?
The role exists to facilitate quality support arrangements for recipients/participants in the home and in the community. The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for ensuring supports are provided in accordance with a person’s individual plan, through the appropriate matching of Support workers, rostering of scheduled services and the ongoing review of rostered supports.
As an annecto team member you will show a commitment to supporting our recipients/participants reach their goals in life and provide support services in a manner that respects their quality of life, dignity and human rights.
What are we looking for?
To be considered for this opportunity you should have:
Prior experience in developing and maintaining staff rosters
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse group
A tertiary qualification in health and/or Social sciences (or in a similar environment) is preferred but not essential.
