About the positions
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Business Development Coordinator to work with a highly reputable and iconic Victorian and Tasmanian community services organisation. The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for referring and marketing participants into targeted areas of employment and assessing and providing suitable and relevant opportunities. Business Development is required to build relationships with employers, hosts and Uniting Employment Services participants in order to obtain and maintain meaningful, on-going employment opportunities.

About you
We’re looking for motivated people with a demonstrated commitment to supporting people with disadvantages in gaining employment. A Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development will be highly regarded and you will have experience in the Sales / Business Development field and experience working in a target driven environment. Empathy, resilience, outstanding customer services skills and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are a must.
