As an Candidate Coordinator you will demonstrate that perfect mix of drive and custoemr service working closely with the team to support our customers in finding them great, lasting jobs. Working in the Nowra Site, you will:
- Be the face of the office, supporting the team with administration and customer support.
- Support and motivate customers ensuring every encounter is purposeful with the aim to gain sustainable employment
- Engage with local / community partners driving meaningful and real results for our customers
We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Professional who share’s our passion and commitment to our customers. In addition, you will be:
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments; our serving capacity is now more flexible than ever
- Hands on, with a can do attitude; no problem is too big.
- Able to work with set KPI’s and have proven history in achieving targets
- Willing to go the extra mile for our customers finding the solutions that work for them
- Perfect for someone who likes working autonomously and in a team
