We have been supporting people dealing with the day-to-day impacts of mental illness, as well as their families, friends and carers for over 40 years. Mind each year supports over 19,000 Australians on their personal recovery journeys across Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia.

The Centre Manager based in Greensborough will lead a highly skilled team delivering mental health services in a fee for service environment. This position will drive operational success at a local level ensuring the delivery of high quality service provision meeting optimal performance requirements.  As Mind's Fee for Service (FFS) business evolves the incumbent will ensure their team is delivering a financially viable service mix to its customers whilst ensuring a positive customer experience. The position will work in conjunction with a wide range of stakeholders to establish and embed Mind’s product offering in a competitive marketplace. This role is integral to Mind’s ongoing fee for service success and the right candidate has the opportunity to establish themselves and make their mark on a high priority area for the organisation.
