All About Caring is a quality provider of Community Aged Care and Disability Services across New South Wales.

We are currently looking for Support Workers from North Ryde to North Sydney, and surrounding suburbs, to provide community access and in-home support. Our programs are developed specifically for the individual, so no two services are the same. This allows for variety and the ability to develop your skills, while maintaining regular hours.

Services may include any combination of the following tasks:

• Assistance with accessing the community and social programs
• Promoting a safe and positive environment when out in the community
• Personal care and support for various aspects of daily living including tasks such as toileting, showering and dressing
• Medication supervision and monitoring
• Assistance with nutrition through meal preparation
• Domestic assistance to ensure a clean environment, e.g. vacuuming, laundry
• Assistance with rehabilitation programs including physio exercises

Desirable

Previous experience providing complex disability support services will be an assest but not essential as all training will be provided.

Essential requirements:

• A genuine desire to provide quality care and enhance the lives of our clients
• Access to the internet for rosters and client reporting
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, responsible attitude towards work and able to commit to regular hours ongoing
