About the Role:
This Full Time role would suit an enthusiastic Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator who will create and implement various activities and techniques to support our residents emotionally, physically and psychologically.
Working in a small close knit team at Belmont Grange in Grovedale, you will work with your lifestyle assistant to plan and conduct activities and events, take the residents on excursions and ensure that each resident has activities planned to suit their emotional, physical and spiritual needs.
This hands on role would suit either an experienced lifestyle coordinator who wants to remain involved on the floor or a Lifestyle Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Full time Position Available!
Requirements:
- Experience in coordinating activities for the elderly
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (ideal but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude
- Patience
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
