Job College Facilitator (Trainer)
Full Time

Melbourne (Metropolitan regions)

(Across Multiple Sites: Bayside, Calder, Plenty & Yarra ESA's).

Are you passionate about mental health and looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives?

If so, we have an exciting number of additional Job College Facilitator (Trainer) positions available which will compliment our existing team.

You will need:

  • Experience working with people from disadvantaged backgrounds, in particular people impacted by mental health conditions;
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs;
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Successfully completed a Cert 4 in Training and Education;
  • Experience in delivering job search training and resilience courses.

  • Capacity to work closely with participants to help them holistically via psycho-education and also vocational education programs;

  • Supporting our new and exciting Job College engagement model across the organisation to educate and support people impacted by Mental Health conditions;
  • In addition, this is supported by a range of online training and brain training exercise to develop both digital literacy and support cognitive functioning.
  • Ability to deliver individual training to different learning styles.
  • Ability to mentor participants to become peer facilitators.
