About the business

InLife was founded in 2015 by a passionate team committed to building the best possible new disability service to deliver the aspirations of the NDIS.

We're now looking for an experienced manager to drive our day-to-day operations who is energised by the exciting opportunities ahead of us to grow and deliver better outcomes for people with disability.

About the role

Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and maintaining our quality standards as we grow.

You'll be working across:

  • Providing leadership and training to a growing team of coordinators
  • Managing the daily operations and helping seamlessly solve problems as they arise
  • Onboarding new clients and making sure they have all questions answered
  • Establishing rosters and relationships with the team
  • Ensuring client budgets are maintained
