Baptist Care SA are seeking to expand the current team in our Residential Care program. As a Support Worker you will contribute to the daily running of residential placements ensure our clients obtain the highest level of care.
Support Workers are present to support and empower vulnerable and at risk young people creating a positive change in their lives. You will be an influential role model to our clients by supporting their building of life skills and achieving set goals as a team.
We are seeking applicants who hold a completed Certificate IV within the Community Service field or Youth Work. In addition you must be a person who holds a passion to support and empower others to achieve.
