About the role
The Society of Women Leaders (SWL) – Tiffany circle is a rapidly growing movement of highly engaged, self-motivated, high net worth, philanthropic women contributing their funds and time to support Red Cross.
Work to ensure an ongoing approved SWL strategy to delivery maximum fundraising and engagement capacity. Liaise with programs and services staff at all levels across the organisation to ensure appropriate commitments are made and delivered upon regarding program and funding for areas of need that fit within the SWL strategy.
What you will bring
- Experience in major gift fundraising and asking for high value gifts
- Ability to build positive relationships and relate appropriately with current and potential major donors
- Financial results delivery and budget management experience within a not for profit environment or sales and marketing role
- Good understanding of legal, financial and ethical issues related to major gifts
- Well-developed analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
- Demonstrated records management, general administration, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with a flexible, positive and collaborative approach
