We are inviting qualified individuals that are passionate about contributing to their community to join our organisation in the role of a Home Maintenance Field Officer.
In your new role as a Home Maintenance Field Officer, you will be responsible for attending to the repair, maintenance and essential services requirements in our clients’ homes including, handyman and minor modification services.
About the Role:
- Communicate with the supervisor and clients to achieve positive outcomes
- Perform regular client repair and maintenance requests
- The ability to fault find and refer onto to other trades as necessary
- Maintaining compliance with the scheduled building and ground maintenance program
- Maintain the workshop and stock of materials as necessary
About you:
- Trade qualified or experience in a similar role
- Committed to OH&S regulations
- Familiar with the use of electronic devices and software
- Proven experience to deliver a high quality customer service
- Have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- A good problem solver and the ability to deliver solution based outcomes
- Honest, helpful and reliable and a real team player!
