A national community based organisation focused on education are looking for a Victorian Team Lead to join their program team. The program is a Federal Funded project with a 4 year term.

Based in Preston, the Team Lead will manage a team of 3 Client Liaisons in Victoria and report to the Program Manager based in Queensland. 

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the Client Liaison Officers in Victoria
• Reporting on program outcomes
• Reviewing agency agreements
• Reviewing policies, procedures and processes
• Working with clients (families and agencies) to form a management plan and conduct assessments
• Providing support to the families and agencies to resolve any outstanding issues/matters
• Signing time-sheets and approving leave

Skills & Requirements:

• A strong passion or interest working with families or communities
• Previous leadership experience
• Previous project or program coordination experience
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• The ability to work autonomously
• Conflict resolution and trouble-shooting skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Proven skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including outlook, word and excel.
