SERVICE COORDINATOR
Gippsland (Morwell)

We are now recruiting experienced Service Coordinators to work in partnership with our Clients and Community Care Workers to enable clients to live safely and independently at home.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Responsible for coordinating and rostering direct care workers to ensure efficient services are delivered to our clients.
- Permanent Part Time - 4 days a week
- Based at Morwell

Southern Cross Care (Vic) joined Mercy Health in July 2017. Mercy Health is a Catholic organisation made up of more than 8,500 people who provide compassionate and holistic care through our hospitals, aged care homes, mental health programs, palliative and respite services, maternity and specialist women’s health services, early parenting services and home care services.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven problem solving and multi tasking abilities
- Demonstrated experience in responding to client’s needs while promoting choice and control
- An understanding of rostering principles and systems
To be the successful candidate you must meet the position requirements as well as provide a current Police Record Check and consent to your name being checked against the Disability Worker Exclusion List. (VIC ONLY)
