Role
Our client has several positions for Client Service Officers for short term contracts based in Newcastle. This role will entail providing phone support to consumers who are on a Guardianship order. You will be part of a small and structured team and be required to undertake a range of administrative tasks each day. It is a fast paced environment with telephone and email based contact with clients. You will be required to take a large number of phone calls and have the ability identify each callers needs.
 
 
Qualifications
In order to be considered for role you will need to have:
  • A relevant qualification in the Welfare Sector.
  • Practical experience working in the disability sector.
  • Ability to manage large work loads.
  • Experience in de-escalating situations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer and phone skills
