Service Supervisors for Child and Youth Services:
We are currently offering a full time positions as a Service Supervisor within our Northern service, working 2 administration days per week plus direct support shifts. The Service Supervisor roles are responsible for overseeing direct service delivery, engaging with stakeholders and managing an established team. The required key skills for this position will include a demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated, experience in managing challenging work environments, demonstrated performance management experience and experience in developing and managing rosters.

To be successful in these positions you will have, or be working towards, an industry relevant diploma qualification. You will have relevant industry experience, excellent interpersonal skills, extensive experience in conflict management and resolution, and you will be flexible and adaptable.
